Les Jardins Suspendus de Marqueyssac
Les Jardins Suspendus de Marqueyssac (The Overhanging Gardens of Marqueyssac), claims to be the most visited garden in Périgord and can be found between Beynac and La Roque-Gageac on the Dordogne river.
We have visited these gardens only once so far, as we still have other places yet to explore! However, we would certainly return again though.
As of winter 2018, I am pleased to say that we have now visited most of the main gardens in Dordogne. Therefore due to popular request by our guests, we have created a page with some suggestions for gardens for you to visit. There is no best, each suggestion is based on their different characteristics and features etc. Read our review of Marqueyssac Gardens.
